The Orum Residence is an architectural marvel nested in the hills of the famous Bel-Air neighborhood in Los Angeles. Its appearance on the market presented a unique set of challenges and opportunities: The home was designed over a four-year period by noted architect Zoltan Pali—a visionary of California modernism—in lock-step with developer Dang Bodiratnangkura. To find the right buyer, the origin story of this $56 million property needed to be expertly told through compelling visuals and copy.
